Sadness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of disappointment, loss, or helplessness. It’s a natural response to situations that are perceived as upsetting or unfortunate. Is there a specific aspect of sadness you’re interested in exploring further?

Anxiety is the body’s response to real or perceived danger. It’s a natural process that every person deals with at one time or another.
People often use anxiety as a blanket term for a general feeling of worry, unease, or nervousness.
However, there’s a difference between feeling anxious and having an anxiety disorder.
